COVID-19 SHIPPING NOTICE
Due to COVID-19, Canada Post is continuing service however, some delivery times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your understanding during this challenging time.
If you have inquires about the eta of your shipment please use the Canada Post tracking number you are provided after checking out and contact Canada Post directly to inquire about your delivery status.

To ensure you receive the freshest beans, all orders are processed within 1-2 business days via Canada Post services.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipping, we will contact you via email.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
The option to receive tracked shipping will be available at checkout. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number if you selected tracked shipping.
Once an item has been scanned and shipped, SJCB is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
If you are shipping outside of Canada we recommend opting for tracked shipping at checkout.
Customs, Duties + Taxes
SJCB is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
We do not offer exchange on any coffee bean products.
Merchandise can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. All items for exchange must be unused, unwashed and in original condition. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all exchange items.
We do not offer a refund on any coffee beans or merchandise products.
